We are looking for an acquisitions analyst to support the team in evaluating, acquiring and developing the Sircle Collection and The Entourage portfolio in the market.

An Acquisition Analyst plays a crucial role in the financial and strategic planning of an organization. Their expertise in data analysis, market research, and financial modeling helps businesses make informed decisions about mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic investments.

Our goal is to open a new hotel or restaurant in Europe every year

**Main responsibilities**:

- Analyze potential hotel investment opportunities through detailed financial modelling and feasibility studies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support investment decisions and strategy.
- Assist transaction managers throughout the full deal process, including due diligence coordination.
- Support financing and refinancing processes for both new and existing assets.
- Provide management information and create presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Gather and analyse historical capex data to inform future development projects.
- Coordinate development efforts and maintain key relationships across assets.
- Handle ad-hoc analytical requests from ownership and senior leadership.

- 2 years of experience in a similar or junior position.
- Knowledge of real estate and finance.
- Analytical and multitasking skills.
- Problem-solving and teamwork abilities.
- Fluency in Spanish and English.
- We are looking for someone currently located in Barcelona.
