Financial Data Analyst – Zurich Insurance Join to apply for the Financial Data Analyst role at Zurich Insurance . About the Role The Data Analyst works cross‑functionally with Sales, Underwriting and Finance to deliver key services to our global customers, including portfolio analysis and performance reporting. Key Responsibilities Manage relationships and activities related to Network Partners and Customers. Produce professional customer and partner data analytics and reports. Streamline processes and data analysis to ensure excellent delivery standards. Monitor portfolio data and performance. Proactively ensure customer satisfaction through monitoring and implementing related metrics. Establish best practices to optimize end‑service delivery. Ensure financial and accounting closings are performed according to deadlines. Collaborate with other teams and subject‑matter experts to identify relevant data sources and improve operational and customer reports. Work alongside experts in various technological domains. Enhance your skills with real‑world experience. Contribute to a team that values your input and creativity. What Makes You a Great Fit University degree in an analytical numerical field (Finance / Accounting, Data Science, Math, or Statistics). 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial data analysis, reporting or accounting. Basic knowledge of the insurance business is preferred. Excellent understanding of data administration and management functions. Ability to work with large data sets across different business segments and extrapolate findings to support decision‑making. Strong communication, presentation, project management and relationship skills. Proven experience in financial reporting and/or accounting; strong understanding of financial data processes. Solid analytical and problem‑solving skills, with advanced Excel knowledge (Power BI or similar tools preferred). Business‑level proficiency in English (written and spoken). Spanish is a plus. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage deadlines under pressure. Team player with proactive attitude and attention to detail. Benefits Competitive salary and yearly bonus.
