Estamos buscando un Head of Content, para trabajar en una empresa con proposito, en la que te podrás divertir y sentir parte de una gran familia.
**Tu misión** principal será liderar la visión, estrategia y equipo de Content, con el objetivo de asegurar que el mensaje de **Freshly Cosmetics** es consistente y alineado a los valores y objetivos de marca.
**RESPONSABILIDADES**
- Asegurar que la estrategia de contenido a lo largo del funnel de compra esté creada con el objetivo de conectar con las personas, aportando valor y diferenciación.
- Asegurar que el contenido sigua un único tono de comunicación y refleje la identidad de marca.
- Mantener el mensaje de la empresa pionero y diferencial, en el que trasladar al cliente que queremos ayudarle, a través de la educación y transparencia.
- Liderar las comunicaciones a través de todos los canales que el cliente recibe impactos de Freshly, teniendo en cuenta la connotación global en todos los mercados.
- Identificar oportunidades de contenido según la estrategia de negocio de los diferentes mercados ES, UK, FR, IT, PT
- Identificar qué contenido genera mayor impacto en cada canal, en base al análisis de métricas y la evolución de los objetivos.
- Construir y dar contexto al equipo sobre la estrategia de Freshly.
- Definir y transmitir los objetivos claros del área y de los proyectos a ejecutar, para delegar al equipo con responsabilidad y autonomía.

- Conocimientos en herramientas de diseño grafico: Canva, paquete Adobe..
- Ser una persona motivada y con muchas ganas de emprender nuevos proyectos.
- Alto grado de empatía con las personas.
