240KM/H is one of Europe's fastest-growing event brands in the techno scene and we're just getting started. From iconic techno festivals to fashion drops, music releases and artist development, 240 is moving full speed across four business units: Events, Fashion, Label, and Agency. To support our growth, we're looking for a Head of Finance who can keep us sharp, scalable and financially unstoppable.

As Head of Finance at 240KM/H, you're the person who keeps the engine running at full speed without blowing it up. You translate big creative ideas into solid numbers, clear plans and smart decisions. Founders, team leads and partners rely on you to know exactly where we stand and where we're heading.

You'll own everything finance-related in a multinational company: budgeting, forecasting, reporting, cash flow and compliance. From festival budgets and artist deals to fashion production runs and agency bookings, you see the full picture and make sure it all makes sense.

You'll also build and improve our finance setup. Systems, processes, dashboards, structure. No dusty corporate nonsense, just clear, smart tools that help the team move faster and make better choices. As we grow, you'll grow the finance team with us.

This is the job:

  • You work closely with the founders, business leads and partners, sparring on plans, numbers and smart next moves
  • You're based in Spain, ideally near Tarragona, or Barcelona-based and comfortable with working from home
  • You bring at least 3–5 years of experience in finance, controlling or accounting within a growing, international company
  • You own budgeting, forecasting and monthly reporting across all four business units
  • You keep a sharp eye on cash flow, margins and financial risks as we scale fast
  • Your English is conversational and good enough to work with international partners, advisors and teams
  • You're comfortable working in a fast-moving environment where structure is built, not inherited
