Definición de arquitecturas a gran escala y ejecución de planes estratégicos en organizaciones a nivel internacional. Gestión de proyectos de transformación data-driven y liderando equipos (>50 personas)Enfoque estratégico y visión integral de los procesos de negocio y tecnología conjuntamente sin dejar de lado la parte Hands-On Solido conocimiento técnico: Cloud (AWS, Azure y GCP), Big Data (data lakes, warehousing), ML, IA... Experiencia y conocimientos necesarios: Implementación de proyectos de modernización Ejecución de proyectos evaluando tecnologías Diseño de arquitecturas flexibles Desarrollo de estrategia tecnológica alineada con los objetivos de negocio Liderar evaluaciones de arquitecturas de datos Calidad y Gobierno del Dato Roadmap de datos Adopción de IA tradicional y Generativa Liderazgo de equipos Relación con partners tecnológicos Ingles nivel Alto Disponibilidad para viajar Must Experiencia previa en roles de liderazgo Capacidad para liderar Ingles nivel Alto Disponibilidad para viajar Soft Skills: Liderazgo estratégico Pensamiento analítico Innovacion Responsable ante clientes y proyectos Autonomía Sólido conocimiento técnico ¿Qué encontrarás en Paradigma?Innovación: Proyectos retadores con tecnologías de vanguardia.
