The Operations Coordinator drives the growth of our yacht portfolio and maintains and seeks ways to improve our data quality while supporting other company departments.
**Your main tasks will be**:
- Your role is critical in ensuring that integrations are implemented successfully, enabling seamless connectivity and data exchange between systems to support business objectives and deliver value to stakeholders.
- To verify every bit of information and create our boat profiles.
- To maintain and improve the data quality of our boats.
- Work closely with internal teams, external partners, and clients to coordinate the data quality of our product.
- Maintain regular communication with clients or partners throughout the integration process, providing updates on progress, addressing concerns, and soliciting feedback to ensure satisfaction.
**Requirements**:
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Fluent in English, German language
- Ability to communicate with partners and acquire needed information
- Target driven and detail-oriented
- Achiever mentality - flexibility, adaptability, willingness “to get it” and curiosity
- Be innovative, seek ways to improve your work
- You want to develop and see the results of your work
- You like challenges that come with the dynamic environment of a fast-growing project
