As a Channel Manager, you will drive the sales channel strategy of AMRs - Autonomous Mobile Robots in ABB Robotics in Spain. You will be planning and executing sales support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and continuously monitor channel performance.
**Your responsibilities**:
- Definition and implementation of the channel's sales strategy and budget and ensures regular budget and ensures regular follow-up.
- Defines key targets (volume, prices, mix,) and ensures these are achieved for the channel in the specified market.
- Contributes in critical sales and key frame agreements negotiations. Supports Channel Specialist in the offering and proposal process for channel partners.
- Identifies and evaluates channel partners together with the Channel Specialist and authorizes them in coordination with the Sales management team.
- Evaluates and certifies Channel partners. Ensures training for Channel and ABB personnel in aspects of marketing analysis, market segmentation, demand creation techniques, channel models and cost structures, effective channel program development and channel metrics.
- Supports driving strategic partnerships, developing personal relationships with partners, customers, and other decision makers.
**Your background**:
- 7 years of experience in channel development sales management.
- Knowledge in autonomous mobile robotics or similar.
- Experience in strategic management and development of partners and commercial management in industrial sector (Automotive, Food & Beverage, Retail, Logistics, Pharma...).
- A clear grasp of contract negotiations, risk management, and commercial and legal terms.
- Exceptional communication and negotiating skills, a customer-focused mindset and a professional, “can-do” attitude.
- University degree and training in Business Administration and Management, or engineering.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
