**About the Team**
The Channel Sales Program Manager will join a dynamic and diverse team located in Barcelona. This team is dedicated to fostering collaboration and inclusivity while driving innovative partner programs and incentives at Nutanix. With a mission to enhance team performance and create impactful relationships with clients, the team thrives in a supportive environment where continuous learning and professional development are highly prioritized. You will report to the Channel Sales Program Director, who is committed to a collaborative leadership style that encourages team members to share ideas and solutions. She has a curious mindset and is focused on problem solving and constant improvement. She encourages her team to continually learn and develop. The work setup for this role is hybrid, allowing for flexibility in work arrangements. The hire will be expected to come into the office a few days each week, primarily for team meetings and collaborative projects.
This role involves a travel requirement of one trip per quarter for team meetings, ensuring that team members can connect and align on project goals in person. This travel will support relationship-building efforts with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
**Your Role**
- Conduct regular team meetings to assess project progress and address challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to meet deadlines effectively.
- Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making and adjust strategies as needed.
- Prepare and present reports to stakeholders on project status and outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Establish relationships with key stakeholders and familiarize with current partner programs.
- Contribute to innovative projects, aiming for quick wins within the first few weeks.
**What You Will Bring**
- Ideally, 5-10 years of experience in channel sales or program management.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
- Analytical thinking with experience in data analysis.
- Attention to detail and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Experience with Excel, Power Query, and Salesforce reporting; Tableau knowledge preferred.
- Ability to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and time management skills.
**Work Arrangement**
Hybrid: This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. For most roles, that will mean coming into an office a minimum of 2 - 3 days per week, however certain roles and/or teams may require more frequent in-office presence. Additional team-specific guidance and norms will be provided by your manager.
