We’re on the hunt for a Brand & Sponsorship Executive to help bring MrQ to life in the wild. From leading sponsorships and partnerships to amplifying our brand through PR and earned media, you’ll play a key role in how we show up, what we say—and who hears it.

**What You Will Do**
- Lead and support brand partnerships, sponsorships, and PR strategy.
- Ensure activations show up in high-impact spaces and deliver maximum reach and brand impact.
- Manage the day-to-day activation of sponsorships and track performance against targets.
- Drive measurable impact from sponsorships across awareness, acquisition, and sentiment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure sponsorships contribute to FTDs (first-time deposits) and player engagement.
- Work with agencies and partners to secure earned media coverage and amplify MrQ’s positioning.
- Support ongoing brand research, messaging initiatives, and strategic brand planning.
- Assist with the execution of PR campaigns and content amplification
- Keep a close eye on trends, culture, and competitor activity—know what’s hot, and help us be hotter.

**What We're Looking For**
- Marketing or brand experience in a fast-paced, creative environment (bonus points for experience with PR, partnerships, or sponsorships).
- A sharp eye for cultural relevance—you know what makes a brand feel current and credible.
- Solid understanding of how brand marketing drives business impact.
- A doer. Someone who can juggle projects, manage stakeholders, and get stuff done.
- Passion for gaming, entertainment, or disruptive digital brands.
