**The Role**

We are looking for **Personal Trainers** to join our **freelance** team at **PT Marbella Collective**. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are already self employed personal trainers, looking to take on ad-hoc work as and when we receive inquiries, which means there are no fixed hours.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide **one-on-one personal training** sessions tailored to client goals.
- Develop and deliver **customised fitness plans** based on individual client needs.
- Help clients achieve their fitness goals through motivation, education, and support.
- Maintain a **professional, discreet** environment in line with PT Marbella Collective's values.
- Adapt to **client preferences** (private homes, gyms, outdoor environments).
- Occasionally work with **elite clientele**, ensuring a high standard of service, professionalism and confidentiality.

**Requirements**:

- **Certified Personal Trainer** (Level 3 or higher, or equivalent).
- **Passionate, client-focused**, with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work **freelance**, with **no fixed hours** (perfect for those seeking flexible work schedules).
- **Experience working with high-profile clients** or in luxury environments is a plus.
- Strong **time management skills** and **self-motivation**.
- **Fluency in English** (Spanish is a plus).
- Access to **transportation** for travel to various locations within Marbella.
