**The Role**

We are seeking an experienced **Golf Trainer** to join our collective on a **freelance, ad hoc basis**. This role offers complete flexibility with **no fixed hours**. You will work directly with clients—both recreational and performance-focused golfers—supporting technical development, physical conditioning, and on-course performance.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver private and small-group golf coaching sessions for clients of varying skill levels.
- Support clients with swing mechanics, mobility, strength, and performance optimisation for golf.
- Create tailored training plans aligned with each client’s goals and playing ability.
- Provide professional, clear, and results-driven coaching in line with PT Marbella Collective standards.
- Maintain discretion and professionalism when working with private and high-profile clients.
- Adapt sessions to client preferences, whether at golf clubs, private facilities, or training environments.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Golf Trainer or Golf Coach (certifications preferred).
- Strong understanding of golf biomechanics, movement, and performance training.
- Ability to work **freelance with no fixed hours**, ideal for flexible schedules.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience working in private or high-end environments is an advantage.
- Independent, reliable, and punctual, with access to transport in Marbella.
- Fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
