**Our Mission**
**Key Responsibilities**
After understanding the PNPTC’s investment and innovation process as well as our value proposition to public stakeholders and large corporates, this professional will have the following responsibilities:
- Business Development _
- Schedule and execute business development activities.
- Identify, qualify, and sort, business opportunities from the public sector.
- Schedule, set up, participate in, and collect knowledge from events and conference
- Identify and elaborate offers to pertinent calls for projects issued by regional, national, or European authorities.
- Support the Manager with questions from partners.
- Support team with the preparation of presentations.
- Marketing_
- Prepare flyers and printouts with our marketing team for major events such as Meetups, and EXPOs.
- Coordinate a monthly newsletter with your team.
- Work with our Marketing team to post relevant news and updates on social media.
- Create and publish content for our Plug and Play blog.
- Management:_
- Support the work of European offices for government relationships and project management.
- Book venue, brainstorm content, outreach speakers, project manage to-do’s for the team
- Inform corporate partners and startups of PNP goal-related events coming up
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Operational or consultancy experience is required.
- Project management and process improvement experience a plus
- Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Demonstrate dependability, accountability, self-awareness, strong work ethic, and reliability.
- Passion and understanding for entrepreneurial communities
- **Plug and Play's global attendance policy: 3 days at the office, 2 days home.
