**About the Role**

We are looking for a **Level 1 IT and AV Support Engineer** to provide on-site technical support and ensure smooth day-to-day IT and audio-visual operations. This role supports our global Tech Foundation team by assisting end users, guiding them through IT processes, resolving basic issues, and coordinating with remote teams for advanced troubleshooting.

**Key ResponsibilitiesOn-Site IT & AV Support**
- Provide hands-on technical assistance for laptops, printers, meeting room equipment, and basic networking.
- Support meeting room setup, townhall streaming, and video conferencing equipment.
- Assist users with login, connectivity, and hardware setup issues.
- Escort and assist third-party engineers during on-site maintenance or equipment installation.
- Support central IT teams with hardware replacement or refresh activities.

**User Support & Guidance**
- Guide users on how to request IT equipment (laptops, mobiles, iPads) through the correct global processes.
- Help employees use internal tools such as UNA, Integrated Help Desk (IHD), and vBSC for IT-related support.
- Educate users on company policies for device usage and support procedures.

**Issue Tracking & Escalation**
- Log and track IT incidents or service requests in the helpdesk system.
- Escalate unresolved or complex issues to Level 2 or central IT teams.
- Ensure response and resolution times meet global service standards.

**Customer Experience**
- Deliver friendly and professional technical support to all users.
- Gather feedback on user satisfaction and share insights with the IT team for improvement.

**Qualifications & Experience**

**Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk role (internship experience counts).
- Basic understanding of hardware, software, and networking.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.

**Preferred**:

- Experience with Microsoft 365, Windows, and video conferencing tools (e.g., Teams, Zoom).
- Familiarity with IT ticketing or service desk systems.
- Basic knowledge of AV equipment setup and troubleshooting.

Pay: 2,000.00€ - 2,500.00€ per month
