Our internationally positioned, multilingual team ensures the perfect technical implementation of events, trade fairs and conferences - from the planning phase to execution and debriefing. In order for these individual projects to be successfully implemented, a team with local know-how, great expertise and a lot of motivation is required. We know very well that we can only be successful as a team and we want to position ourselves accordingly.
**Your tasks**:
- Integral Management of Audiovisual Projects: responsible for the creation, planning, execution, and closure of audiovisual projects on fairs, ensuring that objectives and client expectations are met;
- Coordination and Booking of Suppliers and Technical Staff: coordinate and book suppliers, as well as manage the necessary technical staff for each project, ensuring that all resources are available and aligned with requirements;
- On-Site Operations Coordinator: act as the on-site operations coordinator, supervising implementation and problem-solving during the event;
- Management of International Accounts: personalized treatment for key accounts;
- Organisation of logistics, e.g transports and material booking;
- Cost Estimation and Proposal Development: responsible for selecting the right equipment and sourcing it from various suppliers, while also calculating expected costs to provide the customer with a detailed offer;
- Client Communication and Reporting: maintain constant communication with clients, providing updates on progress and ensuring their satisfaction;
- Problem Solving: quickly identify and resolve any challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
