Position: Danish Inside Sales Representative

Location: Málaga, Spain

Employment type: Full-time

Remuneration: Base salary + bonuses.

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Maximise revenue opportunity by selling the full range of available
products and services to existing clients on the Belgian market
- Understand the portfolio of solutions and services to effectively match
these to the customer’s needs
- Identify leads in already existing client portfolio including up
- and cross-sell
- Identify critical customer information and be able to establish a trust relationship and build long-lasting relationships through the phone
- Create and manage pipeline to drive revenue on the different solutions
offered
- Follow business and sales processes and best practices, including use
of CRM, Sales Playbook, etc.
- Consistently over-achieve sales quota.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Native/fluent in Danish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
- Strong experience in Sales and Account Management
- Bachelor's degree is an advantage
- Self-motivated and driven (familiar with sales KPIs and ready for cadence, incentives, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills (both oral and written)
- Able to uncover information by asking the right questions
- Eager to discover valuable insights from the customers
- Resourceful and stress resilient personality that can adapt and remain calm in all situations
- Be value-focused rather than price and/or product focused.
