Organización y dirección de Eventos SL is leader on the field of organising and managing entertaining leisure events in the corporate and individual client sectors within the Catalan region. - In charge of all international business side of operations, B2B and B2C
- Liaise with all suppliers and company partners
- Responsible for strategic and operational tasks making sure excellency is achieved at all levels within the department
- Participating in the company’s decisions and helping build up a strong logistics department
- Execute, monitor, analyse and report on all daily logistics and design
operations
- Work in close collaboration with Head of Sales, Key Account Manager, and other departments.
- Build relationships quickly and manage multiple issues at once
- Work independently whist being a real team player
- Provide continuous improvement proposal to optimize operational systems and processes

The person needs to be:

- Super organized and meticulous

- Proactive in identifying possible issues before they happen and turning the
odds around
- Native English speaker or native French speaker and fluent in Spanish
- With a Bachelor’s Degree and MBA is a plus
- With long term vision. Used to achieving goals in an entrepreneurial way
- At least over a year experience in operations or supply chain management, and someone who is motivated to further develop their skills and capabilities.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Project), project management tools like Jira/Confluence and knowledge of SAP or ERP systems
