**Location**

**Objective**

Qualitative and scalable implementation of the Customer Life Cycle journeys on the marketing automation platform, in order to maximize Consumer Lifetime Value.

**How**
- Definition of CLC (consumer lifecycle) journeys and programs, with a focus on fostering recurrence, cross-selling and advocacy
- Support the creation of scalable communication and landing pages
- Setup of the journeys in the marketing automation tool (currently Salesforce Marketing Cloud)
- Coordination of the developments on the platform (sfmc) and implementation of journeys
- Rollout of personalization through segmentation and dynamic content
- Coordination of external partner and internal data teams to ensure an optimal data flow
- Support in the creation of a strong foundation of the marketing automation tool, ensuring scalability
- Making sure the correct data is received to analyze journey performance
- Definition of performance dashboard for marketing automation, together with the data team
- Identify and implement improvements on the current platform setup with internal stakeholders
- Maintaining the contact data base on Salesforce Marketing Cloud with the relevant attributes

**Profile**
- Degree in the área of BA, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics or equivalent
- +4 years of experience in a similar role
- Good understanding of basic CRM principles, customer journeys and marketing automation
- Experience of working with an ESP (preferably Salesforce)
- Proven analytical skills, having eye for details, hands-on, tech-savvy, team-player, dynamic,
- Understanding the use of the database
- Affinity with data and data-driven decision making
- Problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment in which priorities can change on a daily basis
- Self-directed
- HTML and SQL knowledge
- English working proficiency
- AMPscript knowledge (preferred)
