- Técnico experto del área de gestión - sistemas para los productos Sage Despachos Connected y Sage 200 Advanced. Equipo Product Expertise de Customer Services.
Responsabilidades principales
- Identificar, diagnosticar, solucionar y dar soporte a las necesidades de los clientes. Gestionar de forma especial los casos con necesidades técnicas complejas, y en especial todos aquellos relativas a la aplicación Sage Despachos Connected y Sage 200 Adv en el apartado de Gestión - Sistemas.
- Escalado de incidencias o consultas detectadas en los productos y servicios, realizando las comprobaciones oportunas. Manteniendo informado al responsable que corresponda de la situación en los casos más críticos.
- Colaborar con otras direcciones en cualquier iniciativa en la que el cliente tenga un peso importante, para garantizar una experiência extraordinaria de cliente, con el fin de asegurar el correcto funcionamiento de las mismas garantizar la máxima calidad de nuestros productos.
