As a Business Operations Analyst you’ll be focusing on our Mobile Wallet Network, working closely with our IT Team and helping them with
the pre-analysis of the Mobile Wallets APIs we’re currently in the process of onboarding. You will also be in touch with our BDMs and
partners, globally. There will be some Project Management involved, too.
- Responsibilities
Elicit requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, task and workflow analysis.
Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding.
Proactively communicate and collaborate with external and internal customers to analyze information needs and functional requirements
Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
Provide project management of special initiatives as directed.
- Qualifications
Experience writing business system requirements as well as functional specification documents
Excellent command of written and oral English.
Ability to evaluate business processes from a business and technical perspective
Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
Proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
Project Management skills a plus
EDUCATION
BA degree with a concentration in Computer Science or Business Administration preferred
WORK EXPERIENCE
At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis / Project Management
