Buscamos una persona proactiva, con muchas ganas de crecer y de apoyar al departamento de proyectos, dedicados a la construcción de villas de lujo. Su misión principàl será la coordinación y atención tanto de clientes como de proveedores.

Imprescindible tener vehículo propio y carnet de conducir en vigor.

**Funciones**

Su misión será la de desarrollar tareas administrativas avanzadas:

- Organización, convocatoria, coordinación y seguimiento de reuniones
- Buen nível de conocimientos informáticos: Outlook, Word, Excel y Powerpoint
- Apoyo al departamento de Project Manager
- Todas las gestiones relacionadas con el contacto con clientes (Llamadas, visitas, reuniones... etc.)
- Funciones administrativas
- Control del producto y presentación del mismo al cliente
- Persona confidencial y con destreza organizativa, con habilidades para la planificación, la organización y la coordinación.
- Será imprescindible contar con al menos 2 años de experiência desarrollando funciones similares.
- Es deseable tener un título universitario completo, pero un título en progreso puede ser aceptable.
- Bilingüe, con fluidez en inglés y deseable otro idioma.
- Habilidades de comunicación (Crear interacciones positivas con los clientes es una parte esencial del trabajo de un representante)
