**Do you have what we are looking for?**
- We are looking for a Customer Services Manager to join our team in our office in El Rosario (Marbella) to deal with our international clients.
- Fluent in English & Spanish and any other language is an advantage.
- Applicants should know the Marbella and surrounding areas well, and live on the Costa del Sol.
- You are also hardworking, client-focused, self-motivated and ambitious to generate revenue, then please contact us.
- Minimum 2/3 years of relevant professional experience as a ”Customer Services Manager”. You must have leadership character and be able to lead a team.
- Ability to define customer service strategy that VIVA will offer to customers along with a way to measure those standards (reports).
- Proven work experience with CRM (Hubspot, Salesforce & or others.
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word & Powerpoint).
