- Job Description: - Lead growth and business incubation execution projects, utilizing a hands-on, detail-oriented, entrepreneurial, and analytical approach to ensure successful outcomes. - Support Miravia leadership team on strategic project execution, serving as a thought partner and collaborator. - Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) of stakeholders, providing them with the necessary tools to achieve company goals. - Conduct analysis and generate insights for relevant stakeholders to drive informed decision-making.

**Position Requirement**
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. - 1-3+ years of relevant work experience in marketplace operations, or 2-4+ years of relevant work experience in a top-tiered consulting firm or hypergrowth start-up. - Ability to independently execute projects in a fast-paced environment. - Structured thinking and analytical skills for driving project management and initiative execution. - High attention to detail and critical evaluation of processes. - High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint; SQL proficiency is a plus. - Fluency in English (required).
