We develop and manage Apple’s global real estate portfolio, lead all related capital construction projects, provide outstanding facilities and site services, develop and lead sustainability initiatives to reduce the environmental impact of all Apple facilities, including commute and renewable energy programs, and do everything we can to ensure the health and safety of all Apple personnel, facilities, and customers in our facilities around the world We are seeking an experienced, collaborative, and highly motivated Facilities Coordinator to join our team and oversee the facilities maintenance of Apple’s Corporate office in Barcelona. The Facilities Coordinator is responsible for leading all aspects of the day-to-day operations of our facility, ensuring it is clean, safe and fully functional for all employees.

**Description**
- Coordinate facility maintenance and repairs, ensuring timely resolution of issues and adherence to safety standards - Develop and maintain facility management processes, including space planning, inventory control, and document management - Handling equipment and supply needs, including furniture, telecommunications, kitchen appliances, office equipment and supplies - Lead all aspects of the onsite vendors for Reception, Mail Services, Catering, Events, Maintenance, Janitorial and Landscaping - Support the Facilities Manager with space audits, business requests, facility changes for multiple departments and monthly and QBR management reporting. - Build relationships with landlords in leased space. - Develop OpEx and CAPEX forecast clearly calling out assumptions and risk. - Manage sustainability initiatives, promoting energy efficiency and waste reduction strategies within facility operations. - Understand and plan the needs of our business stakeholders. - Partnering with internal teams such as People Operations and IS&T - Be responsible for space accuracy and drive Space updates across the business. - Partner with EHS to drive safe, compliant facilities operations across the designated discipline.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- Facilities management experience with a demonstrated focus in maintaining outstanding workplaces
- Experience managing relationships with external contractors and vendors
- Experience with managing Preventative Maintenance plans and tools to monitor them in collaboration with internal and external partners and EHS team.
- Previous supervisory experience working with various levels of an organization and ability to handle customer service issues involving employees in a professional and positive manner.
- Ability diagnose, handle and resolve maintenance issues quickly and efficiently, including
- experience prioritizing and assigning repairs.
- Fluency in English and Spanish language

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s or associate degree in Facility management, business or similar.Knowledge of space planning and CAD software is a plus
