Whether you've got deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, and technology, or you're looking to apply your relevant experience to a new industry, we empower you to shape a brighter way forward so you can thrive professionally and personally.What The Job InvolvesPeople Management Help manage and coach teamAssist in developing and sustain a high-quality well motivated teamEnsure high staff morale, trust and work ethicsActively support an environment that supports teamwork, co-operation and performance excellence within teamAssist in mentoring and enabling Training & Development of team members Client/Stakeholder ManagementDeliver excellent customer service to meet on-site client's expectationsBuild and develop effective relationships with key stakeholders &/or client and be comfortable working across all levelsMonitor procedures to ensure client's expectations are conveyed and worked upon Procurement & Vendor ManagementSupport vendors including hard and soft skills to deliver services on time and within budgetSupport vendor procurement processes in accordance with agreed client procurement guidelines as well as Jones Lang LaSalle procurement best practicesChair vender monthly KPI meetings and fall out actions Contracts Management Ensure that all contracts are professionally delivered at the right cost and in line with the Jones Lang LaSalle Code of EthicsSupport in monitoring expiry of contracts and initiate re-procurement if neededContinually assess contracts to ensure best value delivered to the client Finance Management / Cost Control / ProfitabilityAssist in ensuring that the site's financial operations are meeting targets and control requirementsAssist and monitor financial processes to ensure account payable procedures are followed at all timesHealth & Safety Management Implement and manage safety procedures to ensure the provision of a safe working environmentEnsure compliance with statutory regulations on fire, health and safety standardsAct as ambassador for the JLL SAFER initiative Site Operations Management Implement Industry Best Practice operationsSupport Country Facilities Manager and the EMEA portfolioAssist and monitor to ensure all building procedures and performance measures are always maintainedEnsure all Critical Environment (CEM) requirements are metSeek ways to reduce costs and improve operational standardsConduct site inspections, assessments, regular audits and carry out safety procedures as well as all building procedures and performance measures.  Risk Management Assist in the implementation and management of a property risk management programSupport the implementation and monitoring of disaster recovering and business continuity plansFollow established escalation procedures and incident reporting proceduresAdhere to Jones Lang LaSalle's business conduct by ensuring compliance with the firm's guidelines, procedures and strategies Skills & Experience Experienced in facilities, property management, hospitality or related fieldAble to demonstrate knowledge of local health and occupational safety requirementsExperienced in dealing with critical facilities and vendor management for specialized servicesExperienced in budget management and financial analysisStrong communicator with the confidence to communicate at all levels.
