**YOUR MISSION**

At Fortris we are building a platform that integrates digital assets into enterprise and institutional treasury operations.

We’re looking for an experienced and visionary **Product Manager** to drive the product vision and strategy for the platform. You will be responsible for the defining the roadmap and delivering a quality product by working collaboratively with stakeholders, product designers and the entire software delivery team. You will directly impact the direction and deliverables of the product.

**WHAT YOU'LL DO**:

- Work closely with stakeholders to define and drive both the short-term & long-term vision and strategy for the crypto product
- Manage the product roadmap, prioritizing projects from different sources and ensuring that the product delivery team is working on the right things and producing the right deliverables
- Collaborate with different areas of the organization including development, architecture & product design ensuring the highest quality product for our customers
- Manage the product team, keeping them motivated, aligned, and coordinated towards shared objectives

**WHAT YOU BRING**:

- 5+ years of product management experience
- 2+ years of experience managing a team of product owners
- C2 level English
- Strategic mindset but also able to get into the details when required
- High attention to detail
- Ability to make quick decisions under pressure
- Can assimilate new concepts quickly, understand how they map to customer needs and present them in a clear and concise manner
- Comfortable communicating with people from across the business from senior stakeholders to QA engineers
- Data-driven mentality
