Within UCC Mobility, a **Messaging Product Manager **is responsible for elaborating new and differentiating product concepts and features using the Agile methodology. This should be done focusing on the customer need and feature appeal, and for ensuring the delivery of these concepts and features throughout the end to end delivery process. The Product Manager shall also provide support and expertise on their area of speciality, enabling business units to be able to promote and sell the product capabilities to service provider, carrier, enterprises and other business customers.

Overall, the Product Manager is responsible for defining new and appealing consumer products in the business messaging space, and is accountable to ensure the delivery of specific features according to the original concept and to a pre-agreed roadmap.

**What you bring**:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in product management/development and requirement definition with a track record of launching mobile service experiences on mobile and/or web.
- Knowledge about Messaging specifications
- Knowledge about business messaging and API frameworks in communication service offerings
- Hands-on experience with simple campaign management tools and related workflow tools
- Relevant graduate education (business degree) and post-graduate experience in an appropriate business sector e.g. telecommunications, IT, management consulting, ideally in an aggregator selling business messaging
- Fluent in English
