Regional Facilities Manager

POSITION GOALS

Assist with management of comprehensive engineering and facilities management services across an EMEA portfolio whilst being based in the client’s office. To achieve financial and other KPIs established by the Client. Delivery of services in accordance with the client’s Management SLAs.
The JLL Regional FM will be the primary point of contact supporting the client to ensure an exemplary service delivery aligned with the JLL IFM contract across all Client sites in the EMEA region
The RFM is responsible for managing FM services as per the agreed scope in terms of the day-to-day operation and management of all services, financial management and customer service delivery.
A collaborative approach, they will partner with client to provide a seamless delivery, enhancing and driving innovation, ensuring continuity of services and supporting the client as a point of escalation.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Manages the overall delivery of IFM operations across EMEA in terms of contract delivery, H&S, engineering services, legislative compliance, contractor management, promoting sustainability, adding value and driving innovation.
Demonstrates leadership, gives direction to vendors and client teams across EMEA to promote engagement, customer service excellence and aligned delivery across all service lines with the client Workplace Services team.
Having an operational awareness and understanding of the FM delivery and customer needs in each of our client’s offices.
Supports the client in terms of driving EMEA wide initiatives in terms of Engineering Service Delivery, Compliance Management, Energy and Sustainability, Client First Interface and delivery of all IFM soft services within the scope of works.
Promotes high level of satisfaction among client users reinforcing on an EMEA wide basis prompt response and customer service focused delivery
Provides management and support for client across EMEA in terms of Building Management Systems, PPM Schedules, Task System, EHS and Quality Compliance
The Regional Facilities Manager must be a team player and work with other members of the team to meet all key performance indicators as set out in the management contract.
Responsible for site facilities operation.
Establish Engineering & Operational procedures and roll out for site staff
Responsible for delivery of services in accordance with client’s Management SLA
Ensure compliance with all governmental / mandatory regulations
Implement the energy management programs to reduce the cost on utilities.
Managing all contracted vendors to carries out technical audits/ maintenance for all installation as schedule
Develop of technical service standards
Initiate planning of Critical Environment procedures
Provide solutions for technical issues
Initiate a system to measure the quality of performance on a quarterly basis
Initiate Preventive Management Program
Responsible for Early involvement in Facilities Operation and provide advisory service during
Site Inspection and Project Development
Solution Provision for minor projects and coordinating with contractors/vendors from initiation to completion
Supports client compliance audits across EMEA offices in terms of our clients
procedures and JLL policies and procedures including statutory compliance, Quality and EHS compliance.
Acts as go-to person in relation to all facilities/project/fit out/crisis management activities on site for the client.
Maintains role as point of contact for the client base in each office relative to service requests ensuring all requests are actioned within agreed timeframes/KPI/SLA’s
