**LES MISSIONS**:

- **Assurer la meilleure réalisation des projets clients**

Planifier et suivre les squads

Appuyer opérationnellement l’ensemble des squads

Assurer le reporting et le monitoring de la performance

Gérer et améliorer les processus d’implémentation de nouveaux clients
- **Etre le point d’escalade du Département**

Accompagner les chefs de projets onboarding sur les tops clients

Prendre le lead sur les projets Key account

Faire le lien avec les autres départements (Customer Success, Tech...)
- **Assurer la meilleure performance de la team**

Assurer la gestion managériale opérationnelle des chefs de projets

Assurer le suivi de la performance et des KPIS

Gérer les compétences et le career path

**LE PROFIL**:
Tu as une expérience d'au moins 5 ans dans l'univers Web ou en éditeur de logiciel ainsi qu'un intérêt prononcé pour le monde du digital
