**Position Summary**:
Inspire and enable consumer obsession at Nestle by modernising and raising the bar for the Consumer and Marketplace Insights function.
**A day in the life of...**:
- Take a leadership role to **Modernise and Raise the bar for the CMI function at Nestle **. Assess current Nestle CMI capabilities and develop a roadmap that is stretching yet achieveable to raise the bar.
- **Provide thought leadership to the CMI community **. Create forums that bring the function together. Create engaging, challenging content that enables them to raise the bar. Be sought out as a thought leader. Drive the culture and mindset of consumer obsession and moving from Data to Understanding to Insight ; including ability to answer business and brand questions in an integrated manner bringing the story together
- **Ownership of the 'Blue' Room**:
- **Leadership and development of team and a robust talent pool **.
**What will make you successful**:
- At least 15 years experience in market research at Nestlé or equivalent FMCG and / or strategic planning at Communication / Media Agency Experience in leading and managing teams
