We are looking for a Data & Insight Analyst to be part of our Customer Journey Analytics Team
**Position Snapshot**
- Location: Esplugues de Llobregat
- Type of contract: Permanent, Full time.

**The Role**
The Data & Insights Analyst plays a critical role in leveraging data to provide strategic insights, supporting decision-making processes and driving continuous improvement within the Customer Journey Analytics team.
**What you´ll do**
- Provide Reports and Ad-Hoc analysis on customer data sales such as monthly KPIs, markets performance, campaign pre and post analysis, channels and products performance.
- Analyze complex issues and be able to significantly improve, change or adapt existing methods and techniques according to business needs (from different functions: Finance, CRM, Coffee, Retail, Consumer...).
- Build and share with CRM team (marketes and HQ) insignts and recommendations based on customer centric activities.
- Be responsible on guiding and supporting Markets and Zones with business decisions.
**Minimum qualifications**
- Min 2 years hands-on experience in Data Analytics / Business Analytics / CRM / Reporting, incluidng experience in data mining related activities.
- Able to query databases and other information sources independently.
- Excellent knowledge of at least one reporting / data mining tool: SQL, Snowflake, KNIME, Power BI.
- Excellent Analytical Skills.
**Bonus points if you**
- Have experience in reporting, retention activities, statical modelling, digital analytics.
- International exposure or experience in working with international teams.
