**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead the collection, cleaning, and analysis of large and complex data sets to support business operations.
- Develop and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and visualizations to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and drive business insights.
- Design and implement statistical and predictive models to optimize sales processes and strategies.
- Develop and present comprehensive data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide junior data analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Review and oversee tasks performed by junior analysts, ensuring accuracy and quality of work.
- Conceptualize, follow up, and deliver analytics projects, including definition of KPIs, creation and communication of insights, and project definitions for junior analysts.
- Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders, ensuring that complex data insights are understood and actionable.

**Qualifications**:

- Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in a sales or business analytics role.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Python and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with large-scale cloud data analysis frameworks
- Expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and time series analysis.
- Proven experience in developing KPIs and conducting A/B testing.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and technical leadership.
- Ability to extract and translate business metrics and questions from data sets into well-documented and actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data-driven insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
