**Senior Data Scientist**:

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conceptualize, follow up, and deliver analytics projects, including definition of data sources, data pipelines and consistency of data models.
- Design, customize and implement statistical and predictive models to optimize sales processes and strategies (XGboost, SVM, clustering, attribution models, statistical ranking models )
- Develop and present comprehensive data-driven insights and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders, ensuring that complex data insights are understood and actionable.
- Mentor and guide junior data analysts and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Review and oversee tasks performed by juniors, ensuring accuracy and quality of work.
**Qualifications**:
- Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field. A PhD is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience as a Data Scientist, preferably in a sales or business analytics role.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and technical leadership.
- Proficiency in Python, advanced knowledge of SQL and experience with large-scale cloud data analysis frameworks and data governance.
- Ability to find the simplest modelling solution according to the characteristics of each problem.
- Ability to extract and translate business metrics and questions from data sets into well-documented and actionable insights.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data-driven insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
