Soft Skills - Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to influence senior stakeholders. - Proven ability to work cross-functionally and turn insights into business adoption. - Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for AI-enabled growth and transformation. - Strong project ownership, delivering end-to-end data science solutions with measurable outcomes. - Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
