DESCRIPCIÓN

Empresa del sector turístico necesita incorporar a su equipo a un/a Business Partner / Analista Funcional para el departamento de Sistemas de IT, dependiendo directamente del Director del área.

Se encargará de definir requisitos, entender las necesidades del cliente interno y ser capaz de aportar soluciones asegurando el buen funcionamiento del resto de procesos ya existentes. Inicialmente se centrará en proyectos contables/financieros para posteriormente profundizar en el resto de proyectos del grupo dentro del sector Turismo o Transporte.

FUNCIONES
- Soporte en la toma de requerimientos de negocio en contacto con responsables funcionales.
- Análisis de procesos involucrados en el negocio.
- Interlocución con proveedores externos para transmitir los requisitos del negocio
- Obtener un entendimiento común de los requisitos con el cliente interno y el jefe del proyecto.
- Definición y diseño de nuevas funcionalidades mediante elaboración de documento de Análisis Funcional
- Identificar las inconsistencias entre el proyecto y los requisitos.
- Soporte en la definición y diseño del Plan de Pruebas y del Plan de Aceptación.
- Soporte en diagnóstico y evaluación de incidencias críticas, liderazgo y seguimiento de la resolución de las mismas.

REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
- Estudios Mínimos: Ingeniero-a técnico (Ingeniero informático, telecomunicaciones, industrial, licenciado en físicas, matemáticas)
- Inglés avanzado
- Experiência de al menos 3 años como IT Business Partner / Analista Funcional IT
- Experiência en proyectos en el área financiera y proyectos IT
- Muy buenas capacidades de interlocución a todos los níveles de la empresa.
- Buenas dotes comunicativas y de redacción.
- Orientación a objetivos y resultados.
- Con iniciativa, resolutivo-a y acostumbrado-a a trabajar con autonomía
- Conocimientos en Gestión de Proyectos
- Conocimientos en Dynamics NAV
