**Job Description Summary**: As Quote to Contract (CPQ/CLM) IT Business Partner EMEA you will play a crucial role in aligning technology, processes, and workplace solutions to support the commercial agenda of BD. This position requires a deep understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems, as well as the ability to partner with various commercial functions, to drive critical initiatives and ensure successful implementation of solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, integration, and support of CPQ and CLM solutions. You will work closely with the rest of IT teams and business teams to ensure that our CPQ and CLM systems are optimally aligned with our technological infrastructure and business needs.

**About the role**:
**As Quote to Contract (CPQ/CLM) IT Business Partner EMEA** **you will** **play a crucial role in aligning technology, processes, and workplace solutions to support the commercial agenda of BD. This position requires a deep understanding of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) and CLM (Contract Lifecycle Management) systems, as well as the ability to partner with various commercial functions, to drive critical initiatives and ensure successful implementation of solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, integration, and support of CPQ and CLM solutions. You will work closely with the rest of IT teams and business teams to ensure that our CPQ and CLM systems are optimally aligned with our technological infrastructure and business needs.

**Main responsibilities will include**:

- Establish and maintain strategic partner relationships with commercial functions and the EMEA Business Process Transformation team.
- Plan and evaluate new joint initiatives, proposals, and determine their fit into roadmaps and priorities.
- Identify opportunities for the adoption of CPQ and CLM systems and ensure their integration with BD’s enterprise roadmaps.
- Ensure consistent and effective communication of project and initiative progress, manage escalations, and mitigate risks.
- Lead the implementation of CPQ and CLM systems, ensuring seamless integration with existing IT infrastructure.
- Collaborate with IT and business teams to integrate CPQ and CLM solutions with CRM, ERP, and other enterprise systems.
- Coordinate data migration, data integrity, and data management processes related to CPQ and CLM systems.
- See opportunities for system enhancements and process improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

**About you**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in IT roles with a focus on CPQ and/or CLM systems.
- Proficient English level.
- Solid understanding of commercial functions and business processes.
- Proficiency in CPQ and CLM software (e.g., Salesforce, Conga, OracleCPQ), and strong knowledge of CRM and ERP systems.
- Demonstrated experience in managing IT projects, including system implementations and integrations with multi-functional teams.
- Ability to think strategically and see opportunities for improvement.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical collaborators.
- Relevant IT certifications in CPQ/CLM systems are a plus.
