Manager IT Data and Analytics

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager IT Data and Analytics responsible for enabling our global Data and Analytics infrastructure and services to provide business insights, improve decision making and facilitating a data driven organization.

You will oversee the development and improvement of our global data and analytics strategies, the related IT architecture, manage data governance and quality initiatives, and collaborate with key stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging data to achieve business objectives. You will manage the service provider of the outsourced data warehouse and reporting systems.

Key Responsibilities:
**1. Data Strategy, Architecture and Governance**
- Develop and execute global data analytics strategies aligned with business goals and objectives.
- Improve the current IT Reporting and Analytics architecture and systems (SAP Datasphere, Microsoft PowerBi, Salesforce, ) to meet business demands
- Establish global data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures to ensure data integrity, privacy, and security.
- Co-develop with business global data quality standards and metrics and support implementation of processes to monitor and improve data quality.

**2. Data Analysis and Insights**
- Define Framework for Reporting Standards, Ad Hoc Analytics and Data Science together with Business
- Improve Self Service Reporting approach for business functions
- Define and develop plausibility checks to improve data quality
- Support the analysis of structured and unstructured data to uncover actionable insights and trends.
- Co-develop with business predictive models, algorithms, and data visualizations to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to advise on translation of data insights into actionable recommendations.

**3. Data Infrastructure and Tools**
- Improve current data analytics tools, platforms, and technologies to support business needs together with business and outsourcing service provider.
- Oversee the design and implementation of data infrastructure, including data warehouses, data lakes, and data pipelines.
- Ensure data accessibility, scalability, and reliability across the organization.
- Ensure monitoring of data loads

**4. Stakeholder Collaboration**
- Develop and manage a global power user / key user community for data and analytics.
- Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their data and analytics needs.
- Partner with IT members and other departments to align data initiatives with overall business strategies.
- Communicate key findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field, with 2 years in a leadership or management role.
- Strong proficiency in SAP Datasphere and Microsoft PowerBi
- Experience in data analysis tools and programming languages (e.g., SQL, ABAP, Python, Power BI, etc.).
- Solid understanding of data governance, data management, and data security principles.
- Experience with data visualization, statistical modeling, and machine learning techniques.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven track record of driving business results through data-driven decision-making.
- Experience working with large datasets and complex data environments.
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with a focus on delivering innovative solutions to business challenges.
