**Job Description Summary**:
Location: Barcelona (Hybrid / Office)

**Responsibilities**:

- Managing the delivery of internal and outsourced projects from initiation to transition to operations.
- Delivering projects on time, within budget, and meeting business objectives.
- Establishing project plans and mobilization, confirming scope, estimates, resources, roles, and responsibilities.
- Leading project teams, ensuring success and resource efficiency.
- Monitoring project execution, establishing governance, and managing risks and issues.
- Ensuring compliance with Security and Privacy policies within project scope.

**Minimum Requirements**:

- University degree in Informatics, Computer Sciences, Life Sciences, or similar.
- At least 8 years of IT project management experience, preferably in the Pharmaceutical Industry, especially in Drug Development.
- Knowledge of GxP, 21CFR Part 11, and CSV lifecycle.
- Experience as a Product Owner for Platforms or large complex solutions is advantageous.
- Proficient in working with global teams, collaboration, facilitation, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
- Over 3 years of experience in product management and agile methodologies.
- Experience or exposure to digital innovation projects is a plus.
- Data strategy, data science, or data standardization experience is beneficial.
- Fluent in English.

**Desirable Qualifications**:

- Over 7 years of IT project management experience in the pharmaceutical industry, especially drug development.
- Hands-on experience with Agile projects for over 3 years.
