Nous recherchons un.e **Télévendeur.euse francophone** pour de la vente de formations e-learning dans le secteur médical, **à Barcelone**

**Vos missions**:

- Mission Outbound : appels sortants,
- Conseiller et vendre différentes formations médicales au secteur médical (B2B),
- Objectif d’une vente par jour minimum.

**Votre profil**:

- Expérience d’un an préalable en vente en face à face et/ou par téléphone,
- Langue maternelle française (ou très bon niveau C1),
- Passion pour la vente,
- Vocation commerciale claire,
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et à la négociation.

**Votre environnement de travail**:

- CDD de 3 mois + possibilité de déboucher sur un CDI,
- Contrat de 39 heures par semaine,
- Horaires de travail du lundi au vendredi de 10h30 à 20h et le samedi (en rotation) de 10h à 14h.
- Rémunération : 1282€ brut fixe,
- Variable : Prime de langue de 111€ / Bonus de présence de 70€ / Bonus de productivité de 500€ soit 1.963€ brut mensuel.
