Alibaba International Digital Commerce is seeking a passionate expert to build innovative experiences that inspire employees to tap into their full potential. The Human Resource Business Partner will join the dynamic HR Team, partnering with key internal stakeholders, this person will develop and execute business strategies focused on talent management, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning and employee engagement. This is a great opportunity to shape a best-in-class learning culture at Alibaba - Understand business strategies, analyze, plan and keep upgrading organization to support rapid business growth for Alibaba Spain - Collaborate with management to provide effective solutions through the combination of a variety of tools, such as talent review, recruiting, training, performance review, compensation and benefits, employee relations, etc. - Draw insights from data with good business sense, improve processes, labor cost-saving and efficiency - Work with line managers and employees to address all types of employee relations issues ensuring a positive, cohesive working atmosphere - Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders and take initiative to communicate effectively with management team, line supervisors and employees in various forms to ensure the effective transmission of information between different levels - With insight into business development, driving changes at the corporate level, constantly improve human resources system, process, effectiveness and efficiency - With Alibaba feature and diversity, build up cross-cultural teams with high morale
The minimum requirements we seek: - A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in an HR related field - 8+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or Specialist in a fast-paced environment - Proven success in recruitment/performance management/employee relations/organizational development - Fluent in English and Spanish, working experience in multinational/cross-cultural environment is preferred Our preferred requirements: - Demonstrated ability to influence others and collaborate with cross-functional global partners - Excellent verbal, written, presentation and storytelling skills; must be capable of communicating information to diverse audiences in a virtual environment - Strong business and HR acumen, including strong problem solving skills, critical thinking, self-initiative and work independently in a fast-paced environment What you’ll receive in return: You’ll enjoy excellent compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that includes insurance, retirement, savings, incentive compensation and much more.
