- 1. Shape and instil a strong integrity and compliance culture in Miravia. 2. Conduct effective communication and training programs to help organization understand the why, how and what related to integrity and compliance matters. 3. Implement Miravia’s integrity and compliance programs in the countries and provide valuable inputs to integrity team. 4. Provide consultation and enable country team make sound decisions that align with integrity and compliance values and programs. 5. Handle and investigate internal and external integrity and compliance concerns raised through integrity hotlines or any other internal or external channels. 6. Partner with business, risk, internal control, finance and people team etc. to assess the integrity risks, conduct data analysis, proactively manage the integrity risks. 7. Analyze the root causes of integrity and compliance issues, collaborate with related stakeholders to drive risk remediation and mitigation efforts. 8. Lead group integrity projects as opportunities arise.
**Position Requirement**
- 1. Have a bachelor’s degree or above and with minimum 8 years of working experience in integrity, ethics, risks and compliance fields. 2. Self-starter, results and impact driven. 3. Strategic and systematic thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities and track records. 4. Excellent business and risk acumen with simple and pragmatic approach. 5. Collaborative, building ideas/recommendations on the best thinking of the team. 6. Excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills. 7. Courageous, champion change and shape culture across teams. 8. Professional fluency in verbal and written English and Spanish.
