**Hours**: 40 hrs per week Mon
- Fri between 9-17

**The company**

Our client is known for producing high-quality tabletop miniature games, focusing on immersive fantasy and sci-fi universes. They design collectible figures, rulebooks, and hobby supplies that cater to enthusiasts who enjoy strategy gaming, model painting, and world-building. They have built a devoted fan base around the globe. For their commercial office in Barcelona, Spain, they are looking for language speakers to join their international Sales team.

**The Role**

As a Business Development Manager you will work in a high volume outbound cold calling role where you will reach out to potential independent retailers. You will be tasked to identify key contacts and swiftly establish strong connections and demonstrate the benefits of partnering with our client. Ultimately, you will need to understand their needs and successfully close sales on the B2B offerings. This is a target driven role that suits someone who will thrive in an outbound sales environment and who is motivated to exceed targets.

**Requirements**:

- Fluency in English and French
- Previous experience in an outboud sales role
- Completed higher education (Bachelor degree or equivalent)
- Target driven and wants to exceed targets
