We are looking for a **HR Office Manager **who’s responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, events and internal communications.
**What your day to day will look like**:
**Office Management**:
- Greet visitors by welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
- Receive and distribute mail and packages
- Coordinate and plan central services such as maintenance or cleaning
- Keep control and order office supplies when need
- Make sure all meeting rooms and kitchen are organized and have the necessary supplies
**HR**:
- Events: you’ll be responsible for organizing team events (annual planning, logistics, quotes, ideation )
- I nternal Communications: creating HR related communications (new incorporations, newsletters )
- Assist with other special projects as needed
**What you should bring**:
**Technically**:
- Excellent communication skills, fluent in both English & Spanish (oral / written)
- Bachelor’s Degree
- A strong performer in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Apps
**Personally**:
- A strong team player with positive attitude and energy and fast problem solver
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Resilient, responsible and goal-oriented
- Trustworthy and excellent work ethic
- A diligent worker that pays attention to detail and 100% reliable
