Ecolab is seeking a HR Admin to provide day to day support by participating across a wide variety of HR activities.

What You Will Do:

- Assist the HR Development team in the implementation of the Area activities, as help organizing training & development initiatives
- Work along with the Recruitment Team managing full cycle recruiting processes (i.e. posting, screening, interview logistics)
- Support with HR analytics and reporting such as reviewing metrics (HR scorecard, headcount, diversity, attrition, etc.)
- Create presentations and support on internal HR communications
- Provide a general administrative support on the several HR projects

Minimum Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration or other related area
- 2 years of Human Resources experience
- Fluent English, Spanish and Italian
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specially Excel and PowerPoint
