**Job Brief**:
Internship in Marketing, 6 months, 7 hours/day Office based: Les Ulis FR

**Duties**:
Under direct supervision from our Director, Financial Planning and Analysis EMEA, this intern position will be exposed to each and every task developed by the Finance Department, in a Multinational, matrix organization. This very practical role, directly exposed to the decision-making leaders of the Finance team, will put in practice all the theoretical learning acquired through academic studies. Selected intern must be in last year of his/her Degree or Master Degree in a Finance-related field of study: Business Administration, Economics, Finance.

Learning will include general accounting, monthly closing and payroll processes, practice with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, Taxes filing experience, and some specific FP&A tasks, as described below:

- Analysis and experience to develop business and financial recommendations, understanding how Finance can assist leadership in key financial decisions for the regional strategy
- Exposed to the process of Forecasting, to design, build, update and oversee the execution of the company budget and business plans.
- Standard accounting procedures, ensuring that the budget is properly administered, follows company guidelines and provides on time and rigorous budget feedback.
- Identification of financial risk and any other analysis of the company’s performance that may be required.
- Financial reviews and reports, ad-hoc reports, developing results in presentations preparations when required.

**Educational Requirements**:

- Languages: C1 level of English (full business proficiency). German language / Italian language highly valued. Spanish not compulsory.
- Last year of studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance. Student of Masters degree in related field, preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS office /outlook, etc.
- Proficient in Excel (pivot tables, graphics, finance formulae, etc.).
- Financial reporting tools and ERPs (Hyperion, Essbase, Smartview, Oracle Cloud)

Internship will necessarily develop office-based, Monday-Friday - timetables to be adapted (minimum 6 hours/day, desired 7 or 8 hours/day), in our offices AVENIDA DE CASTILLA 2, PARQUE EMPRESARIAL SAN FERNANDO, EDIFICIO EUROPA. SAN FERNANDO DE HENARES. 28830 (MADRID)
