Our aim is to create a scenario where parking supply and driver demand are balanced not due to additional parking spots and fewer cars, but thanks to predictive technology that connects our users to available spots.
**The Role**
As a Customer Care Representative, you are part of a team of friendly colleagues in an international environment. You will be responsible for providing our customers with a professional service, high availability and flexibility. You will work primarily with B2C and B2B customers in the Spanish market part time during evenings and weekend shifts.
As a Customer Care Representative, the main tasks are as follows:
- Actively work with onboarding of customers, customer loyalty and win-back
- Administration/Back office tasks
This role is based in our office in **Madrid**. You would work 26 hours a week Tue-Fri 16-21 and Saturdays primarily from 9-15
**About you**
**Your background**- Previous work experience within Customer Care and/or sales
- Feel motivated by working with others towards common goals
- Fluent in written and oral English and Spanish. Spanish as a native language is preferred.
- The knowledge of one or more of these four languages; Catalan, Galician, Basquian or Portuguese will be highly appreciated
This role is based in the EasyPark Madrid office.
