**Job Description**:
As a Communication Manager for the CS Nordics, you are the go-to internal corporate communication contact for management as well as your communication team. You support with advice from change management to picking right channel and you ensure the communication is clear and inspiring. You are constantly on the lookout to develop quality in internal/external communication to ensure excellent customer service. The role comes with a lot of responsibility from day one and you will be involved in building strategies as well as setting ambitious action plans and make them happen. You lead, develop, and inspire a communication team and follow up on performance.

As a Communication Manager for the Nordics, you are passionate to improve the customer journey from a contact and customer experience perspective by analyzing communication channels / content and driving improvements. You are an excellent communicator who thrive well in a cross-functional environment creating and maintaining cooperation with relevant stakeholders.

We are also looking for a person who:

- Hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferable in communication, marketing, business or similar field, or equivalent work experience.
- Leadership experience e.g., from staff responsibility or project management
- Excellent command of MS Office pack, especially MS PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Excellent in English and a Nordic language, both in written and spoken
- Experience within Customer Service desirable, but not essential
- Experience within Virtual Assistance desirable, but not essential

Additional Information
This is a fulltime permanent position. You can work from any of our Nordic hubs located in Barcelona (Spain), Borås (Sweden) & Greve (Denmark). Your local hub will be your primary workplace with flexibility to work from home during your working week. Your manager will discuss the principles of our hybrid work model, role eligibility and frequency with you.
