Join to apply for the Senior Communications Manager role at Sateliot Sateliot is a Barcelona-based Startup in the New Space sector, becoming the first satellite telecommunications operator that will provide global and continuous connectivity to all the elements that will make up the massive Internet of Things (IoT) universe under the 5G protocol . Responsible for designing, leading, and executing a comprehensive, multi‑channel communications strategy, encompassing both internal and external audiences. This leader translates the complex value proposition into a powerful story, builds stakeholder confidence, protects corporate reputation, and scales the brand presence globally. Design, own, and execute the integrated corporate communications strategy (external, internal, executive) to support vision, values, and key business objectives. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and scale a high‑performing communications team; Budget Management: Develop and manage the annual communications budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources and measurable ROI. Serve as senior communications advisor to CEO, MD, COO, and CHRO, ensuring message consistency and preparedness. Internal Communications: Architect a world‑class internal program to drive engagement, align priorities, and reinforce culture. Media & Public Relations: Direct public relations programs and cultivate relationships with key media, analysts, and stakeholders. Channel Management: Oversee website, blog, social media, newsletters, and collateral to maintain a unified brand voice. Milestone Communications: Design and execute communication plans for funding announcements, product launches, M&A activity, and partnership agreements. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism, or a related discipline. Experience: 8–10 years of progressive corporate communications experience, with leadership in high‑growth technology, aerospace, defense, or "New Space" sectors; Leadership: Proven senior leadership, team development, budget control, and strategic decision making. Language: Full professional fluency in written and oral English and Spanish. Expertise in modern media relations and public affairs, with an established network in aerospace, technology, and tier‑1 business media. Verifiable experience in crisis communications protocols and managing sensitive reputational issues. fluency in communication metrics, social media analytics, basic SEO principles, and proficiency with modern PR, CMS, and analytics tools. Proactive, solutions‑oriented, high initiative, adaptability, thriving in a fast‑paced, agile environment. Master’s degree in a relevant field (MBA, MSc Communications) highly desirable.
