**About the role**:
We are now looking for senior product leaders to take on the role of **Head of Product - OLX Seller Experience**

You will lead product strategy, operations and execution of the seller pillar for OLX, which is the top tier C2C and B2C trade marketplace brand across Europe and Central Asia markets where we operate (Poland, Ukraine, Romania, Portugal, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan). Your mission will be to enable bringing high quality ads with structured metadata to the platform and provide sellers the tools and insights to manage their ads & inventory so they can become successful sellers.

The role can be located in Poznań (Poland) or Berlin (possibly remotely in those two locations), where we have our product development hub. You will work with the Director of Engineering, OLX Core Experience, and will be deeply involved in growing our team of engineers & product in the given locations.

**What you will be responsible for**
- Develop together with the Director of Product the product vision, strategies and operating plans for Core.
- Define business domain and product vision in conjunction with Head of Technology and Product Managers and ensure teams understand and follow it
- Ensure company and department strategies and vision are understood and cascaded into your teams
- Project Management for group wide product initiatives in close collaboration with Principal and Staff Engineers
- Support the implementation and improvement of company programs, procedures, methods, processes and practices with other Head of Products, e.g. onboarding, performance management, people development, retention. Partnering with relevant stakeholders in the region to set the long term product vision for the pillar in OLX Core Experience.
- Shaping and delivering the pillars' product proposition from concept to phasing out of functionality and product(s).
- Developing go to market plans. Working in alignment with commercial teams (sales and marketing) to implement them.
- Analyzing, identifying and quantifying opportunities for new product features and new products.
- Listening to and working back from customers
- Defining success and establishing metrics to measure effectiveness and driving improvements.
- Continually monitoring competitor and industry development.
- Coaching and developing the Product Management Team
- Ensure that Product Managers focus on product excellence, quality in all matters and speed to market
- Monitors operational statistics, reports trends, variances and issues
- Removes roadblocks and obstacles; manages interdependencies when needed.

**What you bring to the table**

Most importantly we are looking for someone who is very curious, with high customer focus, empathy and passion for building products which improve the lives of customers. Specifically, we are ideally looking for the following experience and skills.
- 7+ years of experience in a Product Management role or related position in a high-traffic consumer internet or e-commerce company.
- Demonstrated ability delivering technology products in a growth environment where priorities shift fast. High comfort with ambiguity and frequent change.
- Proven product sense and judgment when it comes to working with product designers.
- Partner with functional leadership (design, engineering and research) to influence change. Comfortable with in-depth discussions of technical topics with engineering leadership.
