**Inside Sales Representative**
**Primary Responsibility**:
Support the Business Development team by helping to grow revenue through customer engagement, lead qualification, and sales support. This role is ideal for someone early in their sales career who is eager to learn, develop consultative selling skills, and contribute to team goals through proactive outreach and responsive communication.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist with identifying customer needs and recommending suitable solutions
- Support sales campaigns and regional growth initiatives
- Help maintain and update customer records in Salesforce
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate interest
- Qualify leads and pass them to senior sales team members
- Provide general support to Regional and Key Account teams
- Assist with data collection and reporting tasks
- Help maintain customer communication lists and ensure data accuracy
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to build product and industry knowledge
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (e.g., 2-3 years in a customer-facing or sales support role)
- Interest in sales, customer service, or supply chain/logistics
**Skills & Attributes**:
- Strong communication and listening skills
- Comfortable speaking with customers and learning about their needs
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to learn Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Curious and eager to grow within a sales environment
**Bonus Skills (Not Required)**:
- Exposure to logistics, warehousing, or food & beverage industries
- Experience with outbound calling or lead generation
