**ABOUT THE COMPANY**

Our client is a leading tower company in Saudi Arabia, undertaking a Data Governance Solution Implementation Project. This initiative aims to align with SDAIA's NDMO standards, which resemble the DAMA framework, ensuring compliance with local data governance regulations.

**ROLE**

Our client is seeking a PMO & Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the implementation of a Data Governance Solution. The role involves managing project operations, ensuring compliance with NDMO, GDPR, PDPL, and internal governance standards, and coordinating with vendors.

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Oversee data office operations, reviewing compliance and risk sheets.
- Manage and align deliverables across assessment and implementation vendors.
- Develop and track a comprehensive project plan with milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation.
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure 100% compliance with NDMO, GDPR, PDPL, and STC governance requirements.
- Conduct quarterly compliance assessments in coordination with STC.
- Lead Data Governance and Privacy Executive Committee (quarterly) and Data Governance Council (monthly) meetings.
- Validate adherence to compliance frameworks and manage stakeholder communication.
- Develop a quality assurance plan, establish review checkpoints, and oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and integration testing.
- Ensure vendor performance meets SLAs and KPIs.
- Oversee ISO 8000 certification efforts.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- 10+ years of experience in data governance, PMO, or quality assurance.
- Strong knowledge of NDMO, GDPR, PDPL, and international data governance standards.
- Experience managing large-scale data governance or compliance projects.
- Strong background in vendor management, risk assessment, and quality control.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
